Many US small businesses — dental offices, clinics, local services — offer a Spanish version of their site through automatic translation. To a native speaker it often reads oddly: brand names translated word for word, buttons that don’t make sense, a tone that feels off. Visitors notice, and some leave.
An illustrative case of a typical error. Not taken from any real client.

Questions
Is this a certified translation?
No. This is website and marketing copy, written to read naturally. If you need a certified translation for official or legal use, you need a certified translator.
Do you touch medical or legal content?
No. We only work on marketing and website copy: menus, service descriptions, about pages, calls to action. Clinical information, consent forms, patient instructions, and legal documents are out of scope. If a page mixes both, we leave the clinical or legal parts untouched and tell you.
Who checks the Spanish before it goes live?
You do. We ask that someone on your staff who reads Spanish reviews the text before it is published. We deliver the text; you decide what goes on your site.
How do I pay?
After you see and approve the free sample, we send a Stripe payment link for the fixed price. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and before you publish it, and we will refund you in full. If it was never delivered, you get a full refund too. See the refund policy.
Do you need access to my website?
No. We work from the public pages. You get the corrected text, organized by page, ready for you or your web person to paste in.
